HEAT TREATMENT
The Heat Treatment Workshop is one of the factories with the highest capacity at EMTC, with a team of more than 50 professionally trained workers and engineers, all workers are at level 3/4. Directed by the Workshop director who is a metallurgical engineer with more than 40 years of experience. Along with 4 production lines operating 24/24, the Heat Treatment Workshop's output is up to 10 tons of products/day. The workshop has 4 Heat Treatment furnaces with diverse functions, able to process many materials: Carbon Steel, 50, alloy steel 50, S45, S50, S55, SKD11, SKD61, 40CrV, 42CrV,... :
- Continuous Furnace: manufacturing pliers and blades with sizes from Ø3.6mm to Ø200mm, minimum thickness from 1.6mm to 30mm, weight ranging from 25g to 1500g, material length from 10mm to 520mm , material width 5.8mm-1000mm. Average productivity: 180 tons of products/month.
- High Frequency Furnace: manufacturing plumbing pliers products with a productivity of 1.8 tons of products/day; 54 tons of products/month.
- Vacuum Furnace: serving heat treatment and manufacturing molds for all types of products of the entire company, with sizes from Ø10mm to Ø200mm, minimum thickness from 15mm to 125mm, weight ranging from 250g to 15000g, height Material length 100mm- 450mm, material width 10mm-250mm. Average productivity: 36 tons of products/month.
- Well Type Ram Furnace: serves heat treatment of molds or parts, threaded shafts of equipment with sizes from Ø3mm to Ø100mm, minimum thickness from 0.8mm to 100mm, weight ranges from 5g to 15000g, length material 10mm- 1125mm, material width 5.8mm-145mm. Average productivity reaches 30 tons of products/month.
