HEAT TREATMENT

The Heat Treatment Workshop is one of EMTC’s highest-capacity facilities, essential for ensuring the mechanical durability and longevity of our products. Directed by a metallurgical engineer with over 40 years of experience, the workshop operates 24/7 with a team of 50+ highly skilled engineers and technicians (Level 3/4).

 

1. Advanced Technology Systems (04 Specialized Production Lines)

Our diverse furnace systems are capable of processing a wide range of materials, including Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, S45C, S50C, S55C, SKD11, SKD61, 40CrV, 42CrV, and more.

  • Continuous Belt Furnace: Specialized for pliers and cutting blades.

    • Average Productivity: 180 tons/month.

    • Specifications: Handles parts from Ø3.6mm to Ø200mm, weights from 25g to 1500g.

 

  • High-Frequency Induction Furnace: Specialized for plumbing pliers and components requiring localized surface hardening.

    • Daily Output: 1.8 tons/day (~54 tons/month).

 

  • Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace: Primarily serves high-precision mold manufacturing and critical components, ensuring zero oxidation and minimal distortion.

    • Average Productivity: 36 tons/month.

    • Specifications: Handles workpieces up to 15kg and lengths up to 450mm.

 

  • Well-Type Tempering Furnace: Designed for heat-treating molds, specialized parts, and long threaded shafts.

    • Average Productivity: 30 tons/month.

    • Specifications: Capable of processing materials with lengths up to 1,125mm.
