1. Mechanical Stamping System (10 Units)

Equipped with high-capacity stamping lines from world-class brands (Komatsu, Chin Fong), specialized for mass production with superior precision and speed.

• 01 x 300-ton Stamping Machine (Komatsu): Large bed size (approx. 900mm x 1400mm), ideal for complex Progressive Die systems.

• 03 x 200-ton Stamping Machines (Chin Fong): Standard bed size (approx. 750mm x 1150mm), optimized for motorcycle frame components.

• 06 x 150-ton Continuous Stamping Systems (Komatsu): Bed size (approx. 600mm x 900mm), handling material thicknesses from 0.3mm to 8mm.

2. Robotic Welding & Copper Brazing (36 Units)

Leveraging advanced automation to ensure uniform, high-aesthetic weld seams that meet export-quality standards.

• 25 x ABB Welding Robots: Robotic arms with flexible reach, capable of handling large structural assemblies and complex welding profiles.

• 11 x Copper Brazing Machines: Specialized gas welding lines, capable of welding materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 30mm.

3. CNC Wire & Tube Bending Systems

High-speed, high-precision 3D shaping for frame components and decorative parts.

• 05 x 650W CNC Wire Bending Machines: Handling wire diameters from Ø2mm – Ø5mm.

• 03 x Tube Bending Machines: Processing tube diameters from Ø10mm – Ø32mm with thicknesses from 0.8mm – 2mm.
